Sandaya Group continues to grow. The year 2024 closes on a high note with excellent resolutions for the year to come: 2025 will see the opening of two new properties to be included in the brand’s catalog, a long list of highly selected facilities in France, and in Europe (Spain, Belgium, and Italy), located mainly in seaside resorts and sites rich in tourist attractions.
The 4&5-star outdoor hotel chain, founded in 2010 by François Georges and Xavier Guilbert, stands out as a major player in the high-end outdoor hotel sector. After this summer’s acquisition of four exceptional sites in Italy (in the Veneto and Tuscany), which position the group as a major player in the Bel Paese, and the recent integration of the Village Flottant de Pressac and Ondres-Plage in France, these two new destinations follow, one in Brittany and the other in Occitania.
The 5-star campsite Le P’tit Bois
Le P’tit Bois is set in 7 hectares of green parkland, with 198 rentals and 37 pitches. The property is located inIlle-et-Vilaine, a stone’s throw from the beach and on the outskirts of Saint-Malo(Saint-Jouan-des-Guérets). This is the 9th address signed Sandaya in Brittany, and 770,000 euros will be invested in the site, mainly for the purchase of 22 new mobile homes.
Le P’tit Bois campground will reopen on April 4, 2025.
Domaine La Franqui, luxury glamping and boardsports paradise
Le Domaine La Franqui will be marketed by Sandaya for the coming season. The property is located in Occitania and boasts an ideal location, on the La Franqui peninsula, known for the famous Leucate cliffs, and with direct access to the fourth most beautiful beach in France, recognized as one of the world’s best spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing and sand yachting, where competitions such as the Mondial du Vent are held.
Glamping Le Domaine La Franqui will reopen its doors on April 4, 2025.
