Open Air Forum 2025, the program

October 21, the day before the Forum opens, will be a day dedicated to training with FAITA ACADEMY. This is a concrete tool of accompaniment and training support designed by the Federation for entrepreneurs and managerial cadres of enterprises in the sector.

The proposal is that of a continuous updating activity for operators and workers, useful in informing themselves on issues and topics of interest and topicality, as well as in the indispensable accompaniment to companies in the technical and operational procedures of adaptation to the new sector regulations and the related administrative requirements. Participation will be free and open to all companies in the sector, both associated and non-member, a valuable opportunity before the start of the work of the Open Air 2025 Forum.

Open Air Forum 2025: the program for October 22 and 23

To open the work of the first day of Open Air Forum 2025 will be the FAITA-Federcamping National Director Marco Sperapani. A careful and comprehensive introduction to launch the themes of the first day of the Forum, which will address important topical issues affecting the open air sector starting with regulatory updates, specifically, “Leading Contracts and Pirate Contracts: the Risks of Contractual Dumping,” and “Protection of Copyright and Other Rights Related to its Exercise: Regulatory Evolution.”

The program follows the rich lineup of topics by continuing with the topics of Overview& Data Analysis, with overview of the industry’s data, actual and forecast, the supply chain of work in the Open Air sector, and the importance of a DATA LAKE platform for the Open Air sector, a very useful tool to undertake business, promotion and investment strategies with awareness.

This will be followed by interesting focuses on territories, traditions, culture, experiences and businesses in the open-air hospitality sector, shedding light on their functional and structural characteristics, as they can be considered to all intents and purposes territorial HUBs. Spotlight also on integrated hospitality between product and service.

Closing the day’s proceedings on Oct. 22 are Tools to Support Business Development: Strategy Tools Solutions, the composition and development of a quality offering that is structured through the combination and use of operational and management tools, easy and functional access to credit, and a systemic and cultural approach focused on sustainability and corporate responsibility.

On October 23, after institutional greetings, the Report of FAITA Federcamping National President Alberto Granzotto will be presented. This will be followed by the panel Human Resources & Artificial intelligence that will take stock of the advent of artificial intelligence in the world of tourism, which will be useful to understand the real situation and how much it affects employment implications. This will be followed by the focus New Opportunities & New Markets where we will ask how Open Air tourism can be represented as a new philosophy of vacation, and how this mode of tourism can continue to retain and attract new guests. Institutional speakers will close the day.

Forum Open Air 2025 confirms itself as a must-attend event for entrepreneurs, managers and professionals in the open air sector who focus on education and networking, shedding light on key issues in the sector through high-profile content such as talks, panels and workshops, opportunities to see up close and understand what is transforming the market, learn about virtuous experiences already implemented and take home concrete tools to stay competitive.
