Last Tuesday, September 23 , “Open Mind Resort” was held in the setting of the Florenz Open Air Resort in Lido degli Scacchi, an appointment for entrepreneurs, representatives of large companies and delegates of Confindustria. The goal of the training was to pass a clear and innovative message: transforming vacation spots into permanent laboratories for business growth.
Proudly introducing the training day was Franco Vitali, president of FAITA Emilia Romagna: This is a purposeful yet ambitious idea, in line with today’s standards and increasingly focused on the person’s experience.
Meaningful speeches were made by Conductor Giorgio Fabbri, who with a significant musical parallelism emphasized how team coordination is similar to that of an orchestra since the success of a symphony is due to careful leadership and synergistic work where everyone has an active role.
This was followed by Roberto Ferrari, a mentalist and illusionist who brought the focus to the world of perception, highlighting the importance of nonverbal communication and lateral thinking for rapid problem solving and managing daily challenges.
Finally, Roberto Vitali ‘s speech emphasized the theme ofinclusiveness: barrier-free spaces are not only virtuous but also bring added value for the growth of a business.
