March is still enjoying the beautiful ski slopes of the Aosta Valley, but the first warm sunshine already hints at spring. The region is a year-round enchantment, but during the warmer months it is a draw for those who love trekking and all outdoor sports. But the Aosta Valley is also a draw for open-air lovers, the perfect place to find a strong connection with nature, surrounded by the world’s most beautiful peaks.
TheValdostana Association of Outdoor Tourism Centers, FAITA Valle d’Aosta, brings together and represents the open-air tourist accommodation businesses, camping facilities and tourist villages present in the territory of the Valle d’Aosta Region, representing and protecting their interests.
Since its establishment, the association has been a member of FAITA FederCamping, the Federation of Italian associations of open-air tourist accommodation complexes, which has been operating nationwide for more than 50 years, associating the majority of Italy’s 2,350 businesses in the sector through 18 regional associations. Since 2009, the association has been an integral part of the Aosta Valley Association of Hoteliers and Tourism Enterprises (ADAVA).
