The investment made by the managing director of the HU Openair Supermarket Federico Camiciottoli, on the professional ovens present in the sales point of the Park Albatros Village in San Vincenzo (Li), has allowed a qualitative growth of the gastronomic offer.<\/p>\n\n
By bringing Rational’s iVario Pro2 multifunctional cooking system into the supermarket, Camiciottoli has launched a quality kitchen line, guaranteed by the possibility of using iVario to set different types of cooking at the same time. Space therefore for more complex dishes or dishes from the gastronomic tradition, while it is certainly possible to use raw materials from the area.<\/p>\n\n
The integrated energy management system of the new system allows for reduced consumption compared to traditional cooking appliances. But also to have the necessary heat to be able to brown large quantities of food quickly and to ensure that there is no significant drop in temperature. It doesn’t even happen if you add cold ingredients, as happens in traditional cooking appliances.<\/p>\n\n
The San Vincenzo campsite is already equipped with various services, but with the introduction of the new cooking system inside the supermarket, the goal is to allow visitors – including Europeans who frequent the facility – to find everything they need inside of the campsite<\/p>\n\n
