Bookings in campsites and villages are on the rise (+9.8% compared to last year, which had already recorded a significant increase), with holidaymakers projected towards glamping.<\/p>\n\n
According to estimates by the Federconsumatori National Observatory (O.N.F.), only 39% of citizens will leave for the summer holidays. Furthermore, over 52% of those who allow themselves a glamping experience will opt for a shorter stay, of just 3-5 days.<\/p>\n\n
In the panorama of choices for holidays, camping continues to be less expensive than hotel accommodation, despite registering an average increase in prices of +14% compared to 2022. However, some specific services have undergone even more significant increases, such as admission for four-legged friends (+26%), one night in a lodge tent (+29%), the use of bungalows and electricity connection (+17%), and admission for adults (+19 %) and children (+13%).<\/p>\n\n
Federconsumatori National Observatory (O.N.F.) has estimated, taking into consideration the total cost for a family made up of 2 adults and 2 children, who wish to spend a week camping in a seaside resort, including pitch, entrance fees, meals and beach services, an expense of 1,387.62 euros in high season.<\/p>\n\n
However, those who do not want to give up comfort can opt for a stay in a bungalow, the cost of which will amount to 2,348.44 euros, or 69% more than the solution in a tent. The cost for a week in a lodge tent will be 2,133.73 euros.<\/p>\n\n
Beyond the price fluctuations, camping remains a favorite form of holiday in Italy, because it is capable of satisfying the needs of travelers who are increasingly cost-conscious and aware of the new needs of the historical period.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
