“Our company directly produces and resells hospitality software, ideal solutions for various facility management. We offer customers the formula for annual subscription, i.e., an all-inclusive 365-day fee, which includes “Direct Line Full Time<\/em>“, assistance 7 days a week through direct intervention of our Staff <\/em>.” <\/p>\n\n

So behind the virtual is a human relationship with people? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

“This is a fundamental aspect, the strength of LUNGOMARE: offering efficient customer service that never leaves the customer in case of need, including holidays. The assistance provided is often referred to as “legendary,” a confirmation that gratifies our choice to give a direct and no-wait response from competent individuals who work directly to help our customers all-around, to the exclusion of emails or automated responders.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Why the choice of an annual subscription despite positive service feedback?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

“Our choice is not to offer multi-year contracts: at the end of the annuity the customer is free to choose whether to continue for the following year or terminate the relationship, with no obligation to terminate. LUNGOMARE is increasingly in demand by campsites, what does LUNGOMARE Camping consist of? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

“LUNGOMARE Camping is the management software for camping and RV parks, simple and intuitive, like all our systems. It can be used to independently manage camping facilities, RV stops, temporary rest areas, bungalows, and so on. This system allows the customer to have all the functions needed to keep track of useful information: reservations, occupancies, arrivals, departures, and more. Not only that, it allows you to draw camping pitches or RV parks, make reservations with automatic counting of the amount. The software does not require an Internet connection and is installed directly on the customer’s computer, and like other LUNGOMARE proposals includes an annual subscription service formula and “Full Time Direct Line” support service.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Does LUNGOMARE Camping talk to other software?<\/strong>“<\/em><\/p>\n\n

“Yes, it can be integrated with our other software <\/em>\n WATERFRONT ACCESS<\/em>\n<\/strong>: with the use of practical wristbands to be handed out to facility guests (with which you can even bathe in the sea) you can manage access (showers, swimming pool, parking lot barrier, hot tubs, toilet doors). The same wristband can be used for consumption payments through our other software: <\/em>CAFFELUNGO <\/em><\/strong>(Bar\/Restaurant Management). All services require controlled access or delivery.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n

“Our customer loyalty rate is very high; we have customers who have been using our products for more than twenty years. We believe in the quality of the product and service and do not offer ‘flashy’ or ‘miracle’ solutions, and we think that the direct relationship is still a current principle<\/em>.”<\/p>\n\n
