{"id":176790,"date":"2025-12-15T17:53:59","date_gmt":"2025-12-15T16:53:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mondocamping.com\/cadastral-update-of-mobile-homes-slips-to-end-of-2026\/"},"modified":"2025-12-15T17:54:00","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T16:54:00","slug":"cadastral-update-of-mobile-homes-slips-to-end-of-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mondocamping.com\/en\/cadastral-update-of-mobile-homes-slips-to-end-of-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Cadastral update of mobile homes slips to end of 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>How much is clear from the DL Milleproroghe approved last Dec. 11 by the Council of Ministers: <strong>the deadline for cadastral adjustment of mobile overnight units, namely caravans, campers and mobile homes in campsites and tourist villages, slips to Dec. 15, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The extension comes within the scope of the<strong>Article 7-quinquies of the decree-law of August 9, 2024, no. 113,<\/strong>  concerning the so-called cadastral irrelevance of mobile fittings, and is a concrete response to the operational difficulties encountered by businesses, partly due to uneven interpretations among different regional revenue agencies.<\/p>\n\n<p>This is an important and long-awaited measure, strongly supported by <strong>Faita Federcamping<\/strong> as it is an incentive for entrepreneurs in the sector to improve their offerings.  <\/p>\n\n<p>We quote below from the <strong>Federation <\/strong>&#8216;s website<em>, &#8220;The postponement, strongly urged and supported by FAITA Federcamping, allows entrepreneurs to fulfill their obligations during the coming year, supported also by the additional procedural clarifications made available as they become available in the coming months. This is also relevant for those facilities that have already submitted update paperwork under previous deadlines.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>For open-air operators, the extension brings some important advantages, primarily that of having more time, which means completing the documentation without hassle and avoiding making mistakes that would result in penalties and sanctions.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The extension also allows more time to better plan interventions and upgrades to facilities such as energy upgrades, environmental sustainability, and digital innovation through a direct contribution to expenses and subsidized financing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How much is clear from the DL Milleproroghe approved last Dec. 11 by the Council of Ministers: the deadline for cadastral adjustment of mobile overnight units, namely caravans, campers and mobile homes in campsites and tourist villages, slips to Dec. 15, 2026.
