The design of the Futura mobile home is characterized by furnishings with melamine doors and a wide choice of shades, on request also in laminate or solid wood. The infill walls and partitions are made with “sandwich” panels to ensure high thermal-acoustic insulation in compliance with the regulations currently in force (Ministerial Decree 26 June 2015). In addition, the walls are covered with traditional washable plasters.
The roof is a “sandwich” roof with high thermo-acoustic insulation (energy class “C”, on request energy class “A” or “B” OPTIONAL), guaranteed for snow load. On request it is possible to have a walkable roof.
As for the flooring, these are made of porcelain stoneware with ceramics made in Italy, for a wide choice of sizes and shades, while the windows are in PVC with double glazing and tilt and turn openings exclusively made in Italy.
All systems are concealed and comply with current regulations: the water system is made with multilayer piping, partly embedded in the vertical wall and partly on the floor, complete with all fittings and special pieces; the sewer is made with PVC piping, with the possibility of draining everything into the chemical tank; and the electric one is made with corrugated pipes and separate lines.
Finally, the bathroom has walls covered with ceramics and is complete with sanitary fittings (a toilet, a bidet, a sink and a designer shower tray in porcelain), a Geberit built-in waste cistern, a boiler (electric or gas, at the customer’s choice. ) and made in Italy taps.
