The organization of outdoor activities is changing its style and methods of use, riding the wave of digitalisation.
Water, air, fire or snow are some of the categories proposed by the Freedome application, a tool increasingly used by travelers and tourists who love activities immersed in nature. By choosing location and period, the app promises to report the best outdoor activities to do in Italy. From quad biking, to horse riding, to paragliding, the activities are divided between the most popular and those not to be missed.
The 2022 numbers of Freedome prove that the proposal is interesting, a program that recorded a turnover of 4 million euros and a triple digit growth rate of +140% compared to 2021. With an offer of over 2,200 businesses selected (+75% compared to 2021) from more than 600 professional operators, Freedome has reached, since its foundation, a total of 83,000 customers, 55,000 in the last year alone (+130% since 2021). Unpredictable results in a market segment such as leisure & travel which is still very fragmented and not very digitalised.
