, two French facilities that meet the group’s requirements: service excellence and immersion in nature. With these two new entities, the chain expands its offerings to 64 self-managed facilities, mostly located on French soil, from north to south of the country, but also present in Italy, Spain and Croatia.
Let’s find out about the two new campsites that have entered the Sandaya world.
Camping Les Rivages
The Camping Les Rivages is located in the town of Aveyron, quietly situated on the banks of the Dourbie River, just a 15-minute walk from the center of Millau. The camping area covers a 7-hectare park, surrounded by magnificent views. We are in a beautiful area of France, the Occitane region, a short distance from the famous Tarn Gorges, in the heart of the Grands Causses Natural Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
A stay at this facility is the perfect solution to stay connected with nature, without ever sacrificing comfort. Les Rivages is a 4-star campground with 298 pitches. Guests can choose between the beautiful natural beach on the bank of the Dourbie River, or enjoy the beautiful 2,000-square-meter heated swimming pool. Also present is a children’s pool with water games, a large Acro-Games area, the multi-sports field, and the play area for the youngest children. The facility is especially ideal for families with children.
Camping Maguide
The Maguide campsite is located in Biscarrosse, a town in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of southwest France. The property pops up in an idyllic setting, located on the shores of Lake Biscarrosse-Sanguinet, and has direct access to a private beach. The campground is also just a stone’s throw from the magnificent Landes forest and Biscarrosse beach, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and within easy reach of beautiful locations all to explore such as Landes-Mimizan, Messanges, Seignosse, Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains and their beaches.
Maguide is a 4-star facility with a total of 228 pitches. Among the many services offered are. an indoor spa area with a magnificent view of the lake, and a lakeside marina with about sixty boat moorings.
