Adventur Camp Resort Monti Ernici in Collepardo (FR), the restaurant and chalet are located in the Monti Ernici nature reserve. They are topped by the Monna and Rotonaria peaks. The structure is close to the WWF botanical garden and the ancient Certosa di Trisulti. It is very close to the karstic chasm of great tourist importance known as Pozzo d’Antullo. The resort consists of twelve exclusive chalets with a garden in which to spend relaxing days immersed in nature. The La Baita restaurant offers diverse and constantly changing menus, following the flow of the seasons. Its gastronomic proposals highlight a deep connection with the territory, its history and identity, thanks to the authentic flavours and quality of the products used.
