Camp Monika is located in the seaside village of Molunat, near the border between Croatia and Montenegro. It is located just 15 kilometres from Dubrovnik Cilipi Airport and 40 kilometres from the city of Dubrovnik. The camp is open from May to October and has a capacity of 150 people. It is managed by the Metkovic family. Camp Monika is built in the environment of Mediterranean vegetation, such as olive, fig and pine trees, and in the vicinity of the sandy beach, which is particularly suitable for children. Several bus lines depart from the town of Molunat to the famous Dubrovnik every day. The small village of Molunat has 199 inhabitants and is located on the peninsula of the same name. There are several prehistoric and Roman archaeological sites in and around Molunat.
