Blumen

Situated in the Pontine Marshes at the southern edge of the plain itself, south of the Circeo promontory, near the mouth of the Amaseno river, on the Tyrrhenian coast (Gulf of Gaeta); the town spreads from an offshoot of Monte Sant’Angelo, where the historic centre lies, to the Circe promenade. The cliff of Pisco Montano clearly marks the southern boundary of the town; to the south the plain of Fondi opens up, to the north urbanisation gradually slopes down to the open countryside and rural villages.
