Located one kilometre south of Baska Voda, the Basko Polje campsite is just 8 kilometres from Makarska, the tourist centre of the famous Makarska Riviera. The campsite is located in the heart of a lush pine forest and 300 metres from the sea, in one of the sunniest areas in the northern part of the Mediterranean, boasting more than 2,700 hours of sunshine per year. Basko Polje covers 130,000 square metres and offers accommodation for 2,214 guests. As part of a tourist complex of the same name, camp guests have access to the complex’s sports and recreational programmes, which include basketball, volleyball, five-a-side football and bocce.
