A charming campsite, located directly on Lake Trasimeno, between Umbria and Tuscany, about 800 m from the centre of Passignano sul Trasimeno and 100 m from the Passignano Est exit of the Bettolle-Perugia motorway. Born in 1966 from the transformation of a private villa from the turn of the century, immersed in the greenery of a park in one of the most evocative and peaceful corners of the lake, Camping Kursaal was the first campsite on Lake Trasimeno. It has 70 pitches of about 60/70 square metres delimited by hedges, all with the possibility of an electricity connection (4/6 amps). For the friendliness of the welcome, the attention and the services available to guests, it could be defined as “a small open-air hotel”. For the ambience, tranquillity, cleanliness and quality of the sanitary facilities, the campsite has received special recognition from ADAC and is recommended by the Dutch ANWB and ACSI guides.
