Riva dei Tarquini

The “Riva Dei Tarquini” campsite, open from April to September, is located on the sea of the lower Maremma, immersed in a vast pine forest that extends to the tombolo (a strip of sand rising from the sea) for an extension of 700 m. The tombolo is rich in vegetation typical of the Mediterranean maquis, which thrives on the warm, sunny sand. The geographical location allows for cultural excursions: to the nearby museum of Tarquinia, to the Castle of Vulci, to the artistic treasures of Viterbo, Tuscania, Cerveteri, as well as tourist excursions to the islands of Giglio and Giannutri.
