Accessible beaches

Accessible beaches are barrier-free and equipped to accommodate the disabled, people with mobility difficulties, the elderly, the blind and visually impaired, and so on. In particular, accessible bathing establishments are equipped with special equipment such as chairs for walking in the sea, walkways to reach all beach umbrellas, conveyor carts, and ramps. Rounding out the range of accessible beaches there are the inclusive bathing establishments, which are distinguished by being designed for all kinds of tourists to have a peaceful and comfortable vacation: not only the disabled, the elderly, and the blind, but also people with autism and their carers, people with food intolerances, and all those who have special needs even when traveling.
