Compact is the shape according to VPF. Compact is the mobile home created by the light that passes through the integrated patio and illuminates its harmonious and simple shapes at the same time.
VPF’s goal is to create unique spaces dedicated to relaxation that can be enjoyed anywhere, even in the exclusive dedicated reading corner. In the Compact mobile home, great attention has been given to interior and exterior design: Compact is style expressed in the choice of colors and materials.
Each module (from 2.55 to 4.10 meters) develops an area of up to 34 square meters, with the possibility of assembling more modules. The sturdiness of the modules is due to the 100% galvanized iron chassis with 18 mm phenolic plywood floor (including leveling supports in galvanized iron).
The finishes are treated in detail, based on those of traditional homes, in the process of continuous updating of VPF products in line with the latest trends.
The design is characterized by furnishings with melamine doors, with a wide choice of shades (on request also in laminate or solid wood). The infill walls and partitions are made with “sandwich” panels to ensure high thermal and acoustic insulation, while the walls are covered with traditional washable plasters.
The bathroom has walls covered with ceramics, is complete with sanitary fittings (toilet, bidet, sink and shower tray in porcelain), Geberit built-in waste cistern, boiler (electric or gas) and made in Italy taps. Finally, the floors are in porcelain stoneware with ceramics made in Italy (wide choice of sizes and shades), the PVC windows with double glazing and tilt and turn openings exclusively made in Italy, and the water, sewage and electrical systems are under-trace and in accordance with all applicable laws.
The standard energy performance is class “C”, but with special precautions it is possible to release an energy performance of class “A” and “B”.
VPF mobile homes have a two-year warranty.
