On November 11, “Hospitality in Alta Quota,” the new event from Hospitality – Il Salone dell’Accoglienza, will debut at the Paladolomiti in Pinzolo. An afternoon of meetings, ideas, and professional development on the eve of the winter season. Thirty companies and futurist Alberto Mattiello will explore innovation, AI, and new scenarios in the hospitality industry.
Bringing tools, ideas, and new professional connections directly to the heart of the mountains, just as businesses and industry professionals prepare to tackle a new winter season. “Hospitality in Alta Quota” was created with this goal in mind. The new event, promoted by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, will take place on Wednesday, November 11, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at the Paladolomiti in Pinzolo.
The Changes That Are Transforming the Hospitality Industry
“This initiative is designed to provide a concrete response to the needs of those working in mountain regions, creating an opportunity for professional development, networking, and discussion just a few weeks before the start of the season,” comments Alessandra Albarelli, General Manager of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi. – At the heart of the event are the changes transforming the hospitality and foodservice industries, new technologies, artificial intelligence, and the products and solutions that can support businesses in their day-to-day operations and in developing their offerings. “Hospitality thus brings its wealth of relationships, expertise, and innovation directly to the region, through a flexible and strongly business-oriented format.”
Not a traditional series of conferences and presentations, but a dynamic space where you can move freely among meetings, content, and networking opportunities. The Paladolomiti will host in fact 30 company workstations, representing the various sectors that contribute to the development of contemporary hospitality. From contract solutions to technology, from beverages to other sectors of the supply chain, the event will offer a comprehensive overview of products, services, and innovations useful in preparation for the new season. At the center of the space, an area dedicated to content and discussion will feature an exploration of new scenarios, trends, innovation, and dialogue with the public. Leading this will be Alberto Mattiello, business futurist and expert in innovation and artificial intelligence. An analysis of the changes taking place in the hospitality industry, followed by a more interactive session featuring live polls, insights from industry professionals, and presentations by companies. The discussion will revolve around five major themes: getting to know guests better, simplifying work, creating new experiences, optimizing resources and costs, and rethinking spaces.
Formart
“One of the defining elements of the format will be ‘1 IDEA,’ the project through which each participating company will present a product, a new development, a solution, or an innovation that reflects its own interpretation of the industry,” adds Giovanna Voltolini, Group Exhibition Manager at Riva del Garda Fierecongressi. This gives rise to the “30 Companies, 30 Ideas” initiative, designed to stimulate curiosity, discussion, and interaction between industry professionals and companies. What emerges from the booths may also become part of the afternoon’s narrative, creating a direct link between new trends in hospitality and what the market is already offering.”
“Hospitality in Alta Quota ” thus expands opportunities for interaction between the market and industry professionals, fostering direct dialogue on the needs, tools, and changes affecting a sector that is strategic for Italian tourism.
