The important seminar sponsored by Faita Valle d’Aosta, the organization withinADAVA that represents the owners of campsites and tourist villages in the region, was held last week. The ‘appointment was held at the Camping Lazy Bee Village, in the locality of Teppe in Quart, and saw among those present, numerous owners of associated accommodation facilities, to discuss the provisions of the New Decree-Law No. 113 of August 9, 2024 on the revaluation of cadastral rents in open-air accommodations .
Also present at the seminar was Faita Aosta Valley President Matteo Restelli, who said, “This meeting was essential to clarify the new provisions on cadastral rents. It is essential that all practitioners are well informed about deadlines and requirements to avoid penalties. We will continue to support our members as best we can in dealing with this regulatory change “.
Industry experts also spoke at the meeting, including Faita Federcamping National Director General Marco Sperapani, who added:”Today’s meeting is a demonstration of how the activities carried out by the regional associations are of fundamental and strategic importance for the entire federal representation system. The participation of all member companies once again confirmed the efficiency and representativeness of Faita Valle d’Aosta and ADAVA. The purpose of today’s meeting was to present in detail the introduction of the new cadastral regime for mobile overnight installations within Open Air accommodations. At last, thanks to the new regulations, the sector will be able to plan with greater certainty and guarantee the investments needed to make hospitality in the open-air tourist accommodation sector increasingly attractive and competitive “.
Also speaking at the proceedings was the technician appointed by the association, Engineer Henry Calza, with the task of flanking and supporting the professionals of the individual facilities who will have a need, and coordinating the interlocution phase between the accommodation facilities, the association and Land Agency officials.
From what we learn from Faita Federcamping: “Among the innovations introduced, one of the most significant is the determination of the non-relevance for the purposes of cadastral representation and the related census, thus generating the exclusion of direct estimation for the determination of cadastral income, of mobile overnight accommodation set-ups located in open-air accommodation facilities; at the same time, however, the decree provides for the inclusion of a balancing parameter with an increase in the value of areas equipped for mobile set-ups and unequipped areas intended for overnight guests.”
