FAITA Marche: meeting between businesses and institutions in the Central Adriatic.

The meeting was organized by FAITA Marche, and was held last week in Cupra Marittima at the Parco sul Mare. The meeting focused on thecurrent regulatory framework and operational prospects for outdoor tourism, a sector that is increasingly growing and competitive even in Central Italy.

Attending the event were the Mayor of Cupra Marittima, Dr. Alessio Piersimoni, the President of the Province of Ascoli Piceno, and Dr. Fabio Salvi, who announced the start of work on the new Tourism Consolidation Act for the Marche region. Among the key points of the meeting were recent legislative updates on facility management, highlighted by FAITA Federcamping General Manager Dr. Marco Sperapani, who elucidated some points such as recent legislative updates impacting facility management, such as landscape authorization and cadastral relevance, and the introduction of ATECO code 55.20, key notions for accessing calls and funding aimed at outdoor tourism.

During the event, there was no shortage of in-depth discussions for insiders, topics useful for juggling a constantly changing market, increasingly in line with the concepts of sustainability and innovation. Regarding the latter focus, the evolution of digital processes for the industry was also analyzed, focusing on the integration of management systems and operational efficiency. The meeting resulted in a useful discussion to find new strategies, functional to intercept guests’ expectations, so as to propose an increasingly attractive and competitive offer.
