Great success for the 50th edition of Hospitality 2026. Focus: inclusion, accessible hospitality and the outdoors

Last week saw the conclusion of the 50th edition of Hospitality – Il Salone dell’Accoglienza, the international fair of reference for the HoReCa sector in Italy, organized by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi. Once again this year, there was a high number of attendees that confirmed the solidity of the event, highlighting it as a useful stage for intercepting the evolutions and needs of the market, and at the same time, as a strategic platform for meeting, innovation and development for the entire hospitality and hospitality sector.

Hospitality 2026 has strongly placed at the center the value of the meeting, the common thread of the entire event and of the celebratory moments that animated the four days. In terms of content, strong emphasis was placed on accessibility and inclusion, increasingly central to the food proposals, thanks to an offer capable of meeting the needs of a wide and diverse audience.

It is worth noting the significant presence (38 percent) of new entrants, a type of professionals who are increasingly investment-oriented, looking for strategic partners, services and innovative solutions that are genuinely interested in future projects, geared to support the growth and development of their businesses.

Roberto Pellegrini, president of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi states, “With its 50th edition, Hospitality celebrated the history and evolution of the HoReCa segment, focusing on the entire ecosystem of companies, operators, partners, associations and institutions that are part of it. A milestone that reinforces the fair’s role as an aggregator of the HoReCa community, capable of fostering dialogue between the different sectors and supporting their growth “.

Outdoor focus

The great interest in the outdoor sector, which is increasingly transversal to the different segments of hospitality and able to involve even the smallest realities, also emerged at this 2026 edition. Alessandra Albarelli, General Manager of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi emphasizes, “This edition of Hospitality confirms the solidity of the event and its ability to evolve together with the sector. Quality of attendance, content and participation testify to its role, a meeting place and reference platform for innovation, dialogue and development of the entire hospitality supply chain “.

Appointment in February 2027 for the 51st edition of Hospitality – The Hospitality Show.
