PiNCAMP GALA: all the winners of the PiNCAMP Camping Awards 2025

The PiNCAMP Camping Award is among the most anticipated outdoor tourism events of the year, and as every year it rewards the most innovative facilities that focus on sustainable projects and offer the best quality of services.

Uwe Frers, CEO of PiNCAMP stressed the importance of the PiNCAMP Awards to the camping industry: “This award is as important to the camping industry as the Oscars are to the film industry. With the PiNCAMP Awards, we honor the trendsetters in the European camping industry. “.

Once again this year the excitement for what are called the “Camping Oscars” was great. The gala and awards evening was presented by Crippaconcept, recognized among the leading manufacturers of mobile homes and lodge tents for outdoor tourism in Italy, an official partner of the PiNCAMP Gala for the fourth consecutive year.

The awards were made possible by a careful evaluation of entries by an international committee of ten industry experts who had previously selected the PiNCAMP Awards winners and nominees from hundreds of entries from the camping industry.

Also among the honorees were Italian facilities of excellence: La Rocca Camping Village in Bardolino (VR), awarded for the quality of its accommodations, and for ANWB Camping44 in Loro Piceno (MC).

The winners of the PiNCAMP AWARD 2025 awards.

  • Winner in the “Sustainability and Environmental Awareness” category: Campsite Sunêlia Les Sablons, France. Sunêlia Les Sablons campsite is located among the picturesque vineyards and vast asparagus fields of the Languedoc. Much is made here about sustainable use of the environment. Just a few of a seemingly endless array of sustainable measures: energy and water-saving programs, waste management, biodiversity strips between pitches, a large area dedicated to permaculture, and a vegetable garden with a mini-farm that supplies the campsite’s restaurants.
  • Winner in the “Innovation and Progress” category: Vakantiepark Beerze Bulten, Netherlands. At Vakantiepark Beerze Bulten, near the German-Dutch border, online reservations and check-in are now commonplace. But since 2024, camping has also become futuristic. The Boshopper, a very friendly and tireless companion, walks through the park and offers guests a drink or a treat. The Boshopper is the first vacation robot in the Netherlands and is always on hand with a smile, a friendly voice and a welcoming presence – and really makes guests’ vacation complete.
    Campers love their Boshopper!
  • Winner in the category “Demographic change and accessibility”: Kurcamping Holmernhof Dreiquellenbad, Germany. • Winner in the category “Accommodations for rent”: La Rocca Camping Village, Italy. What awaits you at Camping Village La Rocca on Lake Garda? An unforgettable experience surrounded by olive trees in an extraordinary atmosphere. La Rocca Camping Village presents the new and exclusive Garda Bubble with a lake view, the only one of its kind on Lake Garda. The bubble consists of three interconnected rooms with transparent panoramic domes: living area, bedroom with four-poster bed, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Outside, it offers all the amenities for maximum relaxation: table and chairs, sun loungers, and a swimming pool. Those who prefer less transparent accommodations are attracted to one of the luxurious mobile homes, which are located not far away on a lake-view hillside. Here guests can enjoy their stay in complete solitude.
  • Winner in the “Small Campsites” category: Quinta da Cerejeira, Portugal. This is an amazing little campsite in rural Portugal. And this is what awaits the guest: only 22 pitches, really big, and young owners with an eye for detail, personal contact, and valuable advice for excursions in the surrounding area. The campground looks like a garden with many fruit trees and other edible plants. There are excellent walking and biking trails and maps with suggestions for hikes of all kinds. Guests arrive for 2 nights and stay here for 3 weeks.

The presentation of the PiNCAMP Awards 2026 is once again scheduled as a live event as part of the PiNCAMP Gala at CMT Stuttgart in January 2026.
