The 46th edition of Europe’s leading outdoor hospitality equipment show is coming. Salon SETT 2025 is one of Europe’s most important and world-renowned trade fairs for professionals. International event organized by the Occitanie Federation in partnership with the regional federations Rhône-Alpes, Auvergne, Corse, Limousin, PACA et Bourgogne Franche Comté.
The salon, which will open its doors on Nov. 4 in the French city of Montpellier, is reserved for professionals such as managers of campsites, lodging, cafes, hotels, restaurants, Bed & Breakfasts, bathing establishments as well as local collectivities, landscapers, technical managers and all those involved in the en plein air sector. Salon SETT is also committed to an eco-responsible approach, and in October 2023 it was awarded the LEAD (Green Events and SGS) label, winning the bronze medal.
The last edition in 2024 was a success: 1,8647 trade visitors, 10.5 percent of them from abroad, met 730 exhibitors. For its 45th edition, SEPT brought together key industry players in 10 exhibition pavilions (Equipment; Catering Equipment; Green Spaces; Rental Housing; Games and Leisure; Pools and Wellness; Services, Communication and Digital, IT) and the 50th FNHPA Congress.
This year’s program will be packed again: 3 days of conferences dedicated to the outdoor hospitality industry, evenings organized by the FHPA Oc to meet and exchange ideas, and the ever-present Presentation of the Sett d’Or and Sett Awards.
To underscore the importance of innovation, the SEPT organizes the annual Sett d’Or Trophy for Innovation, which is awarded to five companies by a jury of outdoor accommodation professionals. This award, created jointly by the Organizing Committee, the Fédération de l’Hôtellerie de Plein Air Occitanie, and the trade magazine Décisions, recognizes industry players who stand out for the uniqueness and innovation of their products or services. The Sett d’Or Trophies are awarded to industry innovations by a jury of outdoor hospitality industry professionals.
