Sandaya does not stop its growth. The company represents one of Europe’s leading outdoor luxury hospitality companies, and announces the signing of a strategic agreement with Business Village: the goal of strengthening its position in the industry.
By acquiring a majority stake in a facility dedicated to organizing seminars and professional events such as Business Village, Sandaya gains a new position through diversification from its core historically anchored in leisure tourism.
The Business Village: surrounded by nature and tailored to each event

The Business Village will have its nerve center in Louan, one of the few areas in the Île-de-France region capable of hosting large seminars, will be distinguished by its natural setting that differs from competing urban hotels.
The design of the new Louan-Villegruis-Fontaine site, located two hours from Paris, includes in particular the acquisition of 200 additional cottages, the installation of a large LED screen and a high-performance acoustic system, and new modular breakout rooms and two plenary rooms. Finally, a catering and reception area is planned.
ISO 20121-certified, the facility will be able to host seminars from 200 to 400 participants, combining comfort, technology and a welcoming atmosphere, all backed by Sandaya’s expertise in welcoming, hospitality and tailored experiences.
The Île-de-France Region, with the support of the company Île-de-France et Territoires, is supporting this expansion project by launching a partnership with the common desire to develop seminar accommodations and strengthen the region’s economic and tourism attractiveness.
Sandaya Group with Business Village manifests its intention to expand its role in the industry by combining activities related to tourism and business travel by fully addressing new realities of everyday work such as telecommuting, experiential seminars, team building) thus taking a decisive step forward.
Philippe Marion, president of Business Village, says in his statements that the agreement with Sandaya allows for an important step in the joint development of the two entities involved, responding to a new trend in the organization of tailor-made seminars, which combines proximity, nature and technology with an eye toward business.
François Georges, President of Sandaya, on the other hand, emphasized that with Business Village, we want to expand the offer, historically focused on leisure tourism, by integrating the seminar and events dimension thus welcoming at the same time not only tourists, but also companies, thus offering new experiences in our destinations throughout France.
