The data were released by Caravanbacci, active for more than 50 years in the RV sales and rental business in Lavoria, in the province of Pisa. The survey was conducted on a sample of 500 customers by questionnaire: more than 50 percent chose to stay at least one night at the campground, although they rented the vehicle for short periods.
