The characteristics of the houseboat
The structure of the VPF houseboat is distinguished by its strength and durability. Each individual prefabricated module measures from mt. 2.55 to mt. 4.10 maximum, and develops an area of up to about 34.00 sq. m., with the possibility of assembling more modules and being customized to 360°. It also presents:
- Chassis: 100% galvanized iron, 18 mm phenolic plywood floor.
- Walls and partitions: high thermo-acoustic insulation “sandwich” panels
- Roof: “sandwich” roof guaranteed for snow load.
- Perimeter edge: Chassis closure with CDF panels and plated laminate.
All systems are 100% tested, certified and guaranteed, prepared with connections to the outside for subsequent connection (by the Customer), exclusively made of the highest quality materials.
