Human Company, a Florentine group active in the hospitality and restaurant sectors and leader in Italy in open-air tourism, after last year’s growing numbers, aims to hire around 800 people by 2023. These are the tasks you are looking for:
– market employees, who will assist and guide customers in their purchases; – cashiers; – Central booking office employee, who will manage personal data and incoming reservations; – chef de cuisine, i.e. responsible for all stages of food preparation and menu selection; – personnel selection officer, who will follow the company’s recruiting processes; – pizza chefs/chiefs, who will manage the pizza preparation processes; – waiters, waitresses, bartenders and bartenders; – in charge of the tax area and the consolidated financial statements, who will be responsible for managing the Group’s tax obligations; – front office and back office staff, to be assigned, respectively, to welcome arriving guests and manage reservations; – staff for the info points, who will provide customers with information regarding the events scheduled in the facilities; – welcome staff.
The workplaces are the group’s accommodation facilities, i.e. holiday villages and campsites located in Tuscany, Lazio, Veneto and Luxembourg. The employment contract is seasonal and employees will be guaranteed continuous training as well as all rights.
