Sandaya seeks new talent in social mode

Sandaya, Europe’s leading provider of high-end 4- and 5-star campgrounds with facilities in major tourist destinations in France, Belgium, Spain and Italy, kicks off the hiring of new talent, and does so in smart, 2.0 mode.

The French brand has announced the launch of its recruitment campaign for the 2025 season: more than 1,000 vacancies at its campsites in France and Europe via the social platforms Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, preferential channels to more easily reach young people, who will have the opportunity to apply and interact with the company through a modern, dynamic and engaging interface.

It changes the search method but not the careful recruitment of professionalism in order to be able to offer excellent service to its clients. At the same time, the brand offers a valuable opportunity for professional growth to many deserving young people.

The positions

The Sandaya brand is seeking 1,000 candidates to fill seasonal positions, including reception, catering, maintenance and entertainment, with specific opportunities for lifeguards.

Beyond digital recruiting, there is no shortage of meetings for prospective employees. For candidates operating in France or wishing to travel to industry trade shows, Sandaya will be present at: IEFT Montpellier, next March 19, at the TAF at the Zénith in Montpellier on March 26-27, and at the Paris Youth Employment Fair, Paris Montreuil Expo, next April 29.

Employee training

The group Sandaya is committed to putting staff at the center of its HR strategy, with concrete actions to retain and develop its teams. These initiatives include:

  • Dedicated housing for seasonal workers;
  • The possibility of making seasonal jobs permanent by offering permanent contracts;
  • training courses that certify professional qualifications, such as joint training with CREPS in Montpellier to become a lifeguard.
