Cisa Camping Chioggia: positive balance sheet for member campsites

L’Cisa Camping Chioggia Association is a constantly growing reality and a confirmation for Veneto’s open-air tourism. There are 11 facilities located between Chioggia, Sottomarina and Isolaverde that closed 2025 with a more than positive balance: according to the data reported from January to October, the number of presences reached 1,195,664, marking a 20 percent increase compared to 2024.

Raffaella Boscolo, president of Cisa Camping, says, “The data confirm that it was a positive year, which is also the result of the continuous investments that our members support.” The 2025 result also represents 63 percent of the total number of tourist presences recorded between Chioggia, Sottomarina and Isola Verde.

After the excellent results of the past year, the association is already aiming at the 2026 goals such as slow tourism and seasonal adjustment. We want to enhance the historical and cultural heritage of downtown Chioggia, the naturalistic richness of the lagoon and the Po Delta, and local food and wine ,” Boscolo added. “Tomake this range of proposals known, it is essential to strengthen our presence at international fairs.

The Venetian area lends itself well to an immersive proposal, which offers the best during the summer season, accomplices of the 10 kilometers of beach on which the facilities overlook, locations among the most highly rated in the upper Adriatic. A proposal that is not only seaside, usable all year round thanks to the cultural offerings of Chioggia and Venice, the naturalistic offerings of the lagoon and the Po Delta, and the enogastronomic offerings, those of an area that offers the best of Veneto’s good food.

Focus also focused on the most critical aspects such as the issue of traffic and public transportation, to be implemented especially in the campground area. Among the innovations planned for 2026 are also projects dedicated to inclusion, both for workers and guests.

Cisa Camping looks forward to its collaboration with the newly formed Chioggia Tourism Foundation: “It will be a key reference point for the promotion of our area. An important first step could be the reopening of the Iat in the center, to ensure reception and information even during the winter season “, Boscolo concluded.
