Club del Sole, three new villages in 2024

The Forlì-based group includes three new resorts: Tenuta Primero Resort in Friuli Venezia-Giulia, Le Mimose in Marche, and Adriatico in Emilia-Romagna. New entries that strengthen the already consolidated proposal of the brand’s 21 villages, a promising incipit to the season that will lead to further developments over the coming months bringing Club del Sole to be present in new territories, within the framework of a strategic plan of organic development.

As stated by Francesco Giondi, CEO of Club del Sole: “We are confident about the growth strategy we have planned, which we hope will enable us to achieve important goals in the next four years. 2023 ended with consolidated revenues of 100 million euros, while our estimate for 2024 speaks of an expected growth of more than 10 percent. Numbers that go hand in hand with a significant increase in attendance. Ambitious goals based on shrewd choices that have always characterized our history and that today find even more fulfillment thanks to key stakeholders that allow us to strengthen our leadership in the tricolor market. In 2028, we aim to have 2,000 resources on staff with a development plan that will see further milestones in the coming months: the acquisition of new facilities in Trentino Alto-Adige will allow us to preside over a new territory, while, at the same time, making our offer valid throughout the year. Also planned is the consolidation of our presence in Abruzzo, a destination that we have carried in our hearts since the company was founded“.

Not only new additions to the group, but also renovation projects that will also heterogeneously affect some of the brand’s 20 villages: planned is the complete restyling of Pineta Beach Village in Milano Marittima, and the installation of new design lodges and playgrounds in various Group facilities. Also new for the Rimini Family Village facility, whose bathing establishment will be the setting for the opening of a new restaurant, and theOrbetello Family Camping Village , which will see a new dining space in the poolside area.
