The Fira de Lleida is about to host the sixth edition of the Professional Exhibition of Services and Equipment for Campsites and Tourist Accommodation, better known as Innocamping. The event will be held from 17 to 19 October, at the same time as the 22nd edition of Municipalia, becoming a reference event in the calendar of those who work in the tourism sector.
Innocamping connects owners and managers of campsites, resorts and holiday towns, as well as service providers. Leading companies in the sector will be present at the fair, ready to present their solutions and innovations to optimize campsite management. The interaction between entrepreneurs and companies is fundamental to the development and growth of the camping and tourist accommodation industry.
One of the most relevant components of Innocamping is the Technical Conference, which will be held as part of the fair. This year, the conference will focus on the theme “Camping and the environment: how to face the challenge of climate change”. On 18 and 19 October, participants will also have the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops and meet representatives of supplier companies in the sector. The complete program of presentations is available at the following link.
Not only business, but also the awarding of awards will characterize Innocamping. The gala dinner will be held on October 18th inside the Parador de Lleida (Convent of the Roser). This exclusive event will bring together representatives of the public administration, large entrepreneurs from the tourism sector, authorities of the Catalan Tourism Agency, the Government of the Generalitat of Catalonia, as well as the presidents of the main hotel associations and federations of Catalonia and all of Spain. During the evening, the two personalities who have distinguished themselves in the camping field will be honored, and the best campsites will be awarded in various categories. The awards will be presented by the companies sponsoring the gala dinner (one of the main innovations of this edition).
