From 11 to 13 October, Crippaconcept joins FAITA-Federcamping to present an ambitious project at INOUT as part of TTG 2023 in Rimini. The aim is to create a hub for the outdoor tourism industry, promoting sustainability, digitalisation and innovation in this growing sector.
The stand project was developed in collaboration with Camp Design Architecture and the AUDe Laboratory of the University of Pavia, led by professor Carlo Berizzi. The plan aims to create a national meeting place for operators in the open air sector, local and national institutions, and those who see FAITA-Federcamping as a facilitator of the transition towards sustainability, digitalisation and the future of open air tourism open, whether it is marine, mountain, lake or flat destinations.
Alberto Granzotto, president of FAITA-Federcamping, underlines the importance of outdoor tourism in Italy, defining it as “the second most widespread form of hospitality after hotels”. This growing sector is based on pillars such as accessibility, sustainability, quality and digitalisation, which are increasingly important for businesses seeking to meet visitor needs.
Sergio Redaelli, CEO of Crippaconcept, highlighted the rapid evolution of the sector and the company’s commitment to making the future of outdoor holidays concrete. The partnership with FAITA-Federcamping will help offer visitors a tangible vision of future holiday experiences immersed in nature.
“Our presence alongside the FAITA Federcamping Federation – declared the CEO – has the aim of making concrete and experienceable for the public what it means to take a holiday immersed in nature in the near future. The sector, in fact, is evolving very quickly and the creativity is entirely Made in Italy which we make reality every day, with our products inserted into the unique landscape of our country, with open air companies throughout the territory, with related industries and all the operators who are part of it all year round, has contributed to giving life to a unique holiday method with peculiar characteristics”
A focal point of the project is the “Productive Garden: Disvocery of the Senses”, a sensorial walk that explores Mediterranean scents and colours, describing the Made in Italy glamping model. Lemon trees and medicinal herbs will accompany visitors on a journey through Italian atmospheres, reflecting a holiday model appreciated by millions of visitors every year.
The event will also be an opportunity to present the Country Suite, a majestic large lodge tent, which will be the protagonist of the setup.
