“Open-air tourism is not simply a form of hospitality, but rather a philosophy of life and work. Sustainability, land and human capital are the key words that define our present and build our future “, said Alberto Granzotto, stressing that open air today represents one of the forms of tourism most consistent with the environmental and social challenges of our time as well as representing a deep connection with the territory.
Sustainability emerged as a central theme, so did digitization, considered by the president as “an increasingly important element in the concept of vacation.” Indeed, digital transformation is confirmed as a key marketing tool, and at the same time a direct channel for the administrative management of facilities and reservations. This aspect is also a central focus that all businesses must address to improve performance and service.
The chairman emphasized how understanding and knowing how to manage digital tools, digitize internal processes, speed up communication and improve the guest experience are the goals of open air tourism. Another aspect that emerged during the last day of the Open Air Forum is the importance of training of insiders, which is crucial in order to ensure a high level of service.
